When in Florida, outdoor entertaining is a huge component of building the perfect home! Featuring three wraparound porches, this home is the ideal spot for large gatherings of friends and family – and we loved using light pastels on the exterior to give off a warm, welcoming vibe.
When building this home we wanted to create an open floor plan for the first floor so that you’ll never miss out on the action. Along with a kitchen fit for a chef, we also added a spacious dining room and living room, so there’s plenty of room to spread out.
All six bedrooms feature their own private bathroom, and when possible we added porch access on the upper level bedrooms! With plenty of natural light, these rooms offer guests privacy without sacrificing beautiful Florida views.
Now THAT is what we call a shower! Don’t add a shower/tub combo when you’re building a luxury home, instead opt for a spacious shower {complete with a backsplash that compliments your granite countertops} and a separate soaking tub.
Don’t forget to add space for the kids! We loved creating this modern take on a “crow’s nest” that features stunning 360 views with plenty of windows to brighten up the space.
