While 2020 has been a year unlike any other, and you may not be able to see family this Christmas, we still hope you feel like you’re home for the holidays, no matter where you live! When designing and building a new home, we pay special attention to detail, create unique fixtures, and encourage our clients to get creative, so that their house feels like a home as soon as they step foot inside! This December, take a trip inside 184 Yacht Pond Lane with us.
This spacious home overlooks a neighborhood pond, and is conveniently located near scenic 30A. With multiple outdoor living spaces, including a covered rooftop deck, there is plenty of space to entertain while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather year round.
You’ll be dreaming of a blue Christmas {in a good way!} once you step inside this spacious kitchen, complete with a Gulf-inspired backsplash! Complete with an oversized island, and plenty of storage, this kitchen is fully equipped to handle a holiday party of any size.
Imagine pulling up a chair to Christmas dinner with a view like this! When in Florida, al fresco dining is always an option, thanks to our temperate winters. At this home, we chose to create glass sliding doors, so that when the weather is nice, the owners can open up the dining room to the covered back porch.
No holiday weekend is complete without a festive, midday nap, don’t you agree? When the hustle and bustle finally gets to you, it’s important to have a master bedroom that brings you peach and tranquility. One of our favorite aspects of this room is the rustic ceiling, which brings a warmth to the room with a little help from the floor-to-ceiling windows against the back wall.
If you’re dreaming of a white Christmas, then we have just the solution for you: a modern white master bathroom! The white marble countertop, beautifully swirled with hints of gray, allows this bathroom to be warm and welcoming, not cold and sterile. Remember, when planning an all-white space, leave room for a small pop of color (such as this cool grey), that will bring an added depth to your area.
