When living on the Emerald Coast, Chi-Mar Construction prioritizes outdoor living, so that our owners have a space to relax and unwind in the beauty of nature. 12 Dune Side
We can’t decide what we like more: the pool area or the screened-in porch! For this project, we divided the outdoor living space into a sunny oasis and a shaded retreat, so no matter the weather, you always have somewhere to be!
55 Beachcomber
We feel just like a kid again, thanks to the tree-house vibes of this covered porch! Overlooking scenic Alys Beach, the top story of this home is all about the outdoors, courtesy of this built-in grill, large fan {to keep away the bugs and humid air}, and extended space for friends and family to gather.
35 Cobia Run
You don’t need a ton of space to create an outdoor living area for your home! At this custom build, we added a smaller deck but built-in an outdoor kitchen {complete with a sink!} so that there was a designated space to grill, closely accompanied by a small patio for dining.

While the backyard is the most popular area for a grill, let’s not forget front-porch relaxation! This home features multiple porches around the home, so no matter where you choose to sit, you’ll always have a great view!
