Upon arrival, guests are greeted with an array of winter whites {and blues}! Instead of a traditional driveway, Chi-Mar Construction added more character with a paver path.
Warm wood floors compliment the white shiplap that can be found throughout the first floor, and a dark blue accent anchors the living space with more depth of color!

A beautiful primary bedroom requires a breathtaking primary bath! Along with an over-sized, glass shower, we also added a deep soaking tub to keep you cozy and warm all winter long!
While pools and winter don’t necessarily mix, they do make a beautiful backdrop for the holidays! Thankfully, when you live on the Emerald Coast, you can always enjoy an afternoon poolside {with a sweater, of course}!
