If you’re looking for a beachy retreat, then we’ve found the home for you! Custom built by Chi-Mar Construction and completed in May 2023, 75 Dune Side Lane is a fabulous 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 2,729 sq. ft. home that is a testament to premier building!
Located in picturesque Blue Mountain Beach, we upgraded the all-white look by adding pale blue shutters, which add a little color, and mimic the sandy beaches and crystal clear Emerald Waters that await just a few blocks away.
The first floor offers the most living space, featuring an open floor plan with a large family room, chef’s kitchen, laundry {but don’t worry, there’s a second laundry upstairs as well}, a wet bar, and one of THREE primary suite bedrooms.
Every inch of space was beautifully appointed, like this wet bar. Nestled between the kitchen and living room, this space has everything you need, from your first cup of coffee to your last glass of wine.
